Jump Harness Waivers
Skater and coaches need to fill out waivers to use the jump harness.
Refund Policy
Please know that we are here to assist you and will do our best to find a solution that meets your needs to avoid a refund if possible.
If you feel that you would rather proceed with a refund please note: A 5% administration fee will apply to your original program total. Plus, the Skate Canada fee is nonrefundable. Members also pay for any classes prior to the date of receiving the completed form.
To receive a refund, you will have to fill out a request form (see link below) and email it back to us.
If a refund is granted it will be processed based on the original method of payment.

Make up lessons
You're welcome to join one of our other sessions to make up for your missed lesson, if we offer one you can attend.
Please note that make-up lessons need to be completed in the same season they were missed.
You must email us to request which session and date you'd like to attend. Once the date is confirmed by us, you're all set to join that session.
Guest Skating: Guest Skating is offered to Skate Canada STARSkate and Competitive Skaters during the regular season September-March. Reasonable notice and proof of Skate Canada membership to the board is required to make arrangements for guest skating. You can purchase a guest skate on our Registration site under the "Purchase Products" tab.
